Après des anglais, voici des brunswickois! ô combien célèbres grâce à leur uniforme, c'est un ensemble de troupes assez faciles à peindre. j'ai commencé par faire 8 figurines, représentant des troupes du 2e bataillon léger, histoire de représenter les tirailleurs des deux plaquettes que je dois faire.

Brunswick units are really painted fast. i finished 2 batallions and based them: the 2nd line and the leibgarde. about the later, there is something worth noticing in 1815: the unit had left its flag in the depots, so no flag bearer for them on ths base, since we're in waterloo. quand je vous dis que le brunswick se peint vite. je viens de terminer

Après les tirailleurs, j'étais motivé, et j'ai donc peint assez rapidement 2 bataillons de ligne du brunswick, les 1er et 3e bataillons de ligne. je suis parti sur une base grise assez sombre, puis lavis noir, et enfin éclaircissement. je ne suis pas mécontent du résultat. painting brunswicker troups was fairly easy, starting with a dark grey
