Had an errand to do on this busy street between rue royale and the madeleine and was surprised to find several covered galleries. the first was the prettiest with many interesting shops and a chic spot for lunch, bar le passage (chef: alain senderens!!!) at a reasonable price. (ie about 20 euros). this passage is called the gallerie de la madeleine
